Sorrel Bilini

Ingredients Needed 

• 1 Oz of Sorrel Concentrate
• 1/3 Cup of Prosecco Sparkling Wine

Method

In a champagne glass, add the cold sorrel concentrate. Then carefully top of with cold Prosecco sparkling wine. Serve Immediately.
