Avocado and Cashew Salad

  • ½ Cup of Medium Diced Avocado
  • ¼ Cup of Salted Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp of Sliced Purple Onions
  • 3 Tbsp of Picked Parsley Leaves
  • 1 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black pepper to taste.

Procedure

Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl, then add the vinegar and olive oil.

Toss to mix and add the salt and black pepper. Toss once more and serve.
