Convenient Mini Stock Cubes
Unsure of how to store your left over stock? Get an ice cube tray pour your left over stock into it and put them to freeze. Before you know it you have mini stock ice cubes that when frozen you can remove and place in bag and retrieve one or two cube when you need to make a quick sauce or gravy.
