Inner Strength

May 23, 2016

They say you never know your inner strength until you are faced with the ultimate challenge. Sometimes we are fearful of what may come and we tend to focus on what if rather than being in the present. I personally discovered my strength throughout the course of the past few years as it takes time and experience to unearth it. However it resides within us.

The way we think in our 20’s isn’t how we should be thinking in our 30’s and onwards. There should be some type of evolvement, let’s call it growing up. Accepting we are adults and having the need to hold our own. Letting go of the small things can help us to be happier and allow us to focus on the bigger picture. Things do happen in such a way that we become angry and not hence not comprehend why it’s happening, but most likely it is making way for what’s to come.

In the midst of all, if we can remain positive throughout; it will help tremendously. A very important factor is know the person you are taking advice from. Are they seeking your best interest, are they coming from a good place? Are they being bias? Advice should be taken in to consideration but think and make a decision on your own. Next time you feel like falling, or you did, always gather the strength and know and believe that we were made to handle anything. Praying is an amazing factor in finding strength, ask to guide, heal protect and manifest strength within.

We are ALL strong, best believe it!

Despite so much on your plate, you still managed to pull through past another obstacle. It takes strong character to pull through the way you have while remaining so composed. That in itself is admirable. As for advice, it’s always good to see where that specific person is in their life, as well as how you view their expectations. Anyways, my short break is over so we’ll chat another time. Congratulations on exams.
