Spaghetti with creamy Alfredo Sauce

Pasta proves to be the go to meal for lots of people.  Especially this Pasta in a creamy parmesan and cream cheese sauce.

Ingredients

½ cup butter

4 tablespoons cream cheese (Room Temp)

2 Cups of Evaporated Milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 lb spaghetti, boiled

Method

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then add the softened cream cheese

Stir to combine

Then add the Evaporated milk

Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly

Remove from heat and stir in parmesan

Serve over hot spaghetti noodles
