Want to get rid of the breads, bagels, rolls for breakfast? Here is a filling combo that I enjoy and of course it is healthy, it also provides a boost of energy;

Boil desired amount of egg. Peel and slice an avocado and eggs, sprinkle salt and black pepper for a more delicious taste.

This recipe is quick and easy for people that is always on the go. If you have extra time you can incorporate other techniques as well.
