Parmesan and Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs or stuffed eggs which they are affectionately known as, proves to be a favorite any time of the year and for any event. But today we jazz it up a bit for the holidays by just making it even more luxurious and special.

Ingredients:

·         6 Boiled Eggs

·         3 Tbsp of Softened ( Room Temperature Cream Cheese )

·         1 Tsp of Mustard

·         1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

·         1 Tbsp of Powdered Parmesan Cheese

·         1 Tsp of Minced Parsley

·         Dash of Black Pepper

Special Equipment – A piping bag with a star tip.

Method

Remove shells from eggs, and carefully slice eggs into half.  Gingerly remove the yolks and place in a medium bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix until combined smoothly. Taste for additional salt or pepper. Feel free at this point to add any flavorings or aromatics that you desire. Place your filling into a piping bag that has been fitted with a star tip.

Place and line up the egg white halves unto a cutting board and gently pipe the filling into the white halves making a rosette design. Distribute the filling evenly across the 12 egg whites and when done you can garnish with a sprinkling of paprika powder on each one or eaten simply like that. Present your deviled eggs on a dainty serving platter for your guest and enjoy this for the holiday season.
